1 (16-ounce) package frozen, Whole Baby Carrots 1 (15-ounce) can Pineapple Tidbits, drained ½ cup HY-TOP Butter or Margarine, melted 2 tbsp. HY-TOP Brown Sugar 2 tbsp. HY-TOP Orange Juice 1 tbsp. HY-TOP Honey 2 tsp. HY-TOP Lemon Juice |
| Preparation |
Prepare carrots according to package directions until crisp tender; drain well. Place carrots and pineapple in a 1 ½-quart baking dish. Drizzle butter or margarine evenly over the carrots. Sprinkle with the brown sugar. Combine remaining ingredients; stir well. Drizzle juice mixture over carrot mixture. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes; gently stirring frequently to evenly coat carrots. |
