Grilled Avocado Enchiladas

| Ingredients |
1 pkg. Frozen pepper and onion mix 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 4 avocados, seeded, peeled and sliced juice of one lemon 1 pkg. (12) Brookshire’s fresh made flour tortillas |
| Preparation | Place heavy cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to medium and simmer until slightly thickened. Add cilantro and season to taste. Serve over Avocado Enchiladas. |
